Refund & Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
How to Return
Email us at info@luxamart.us with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products, fragrances and personal care items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
